The General Manager of Kiziroğlu Gıda San ve Tic A.Ş., Mr. Bülent Kiziroğlu, got a start in business in 1971 in Tahtakale. In a short time, he developed and expanded the company of which he was a shareholder and made it a leader in its sector. In 1994, Kiziroğlu Gıda was founded by Bülent Kiziroğlu. Exceedingly fulfilling the requirements of the Food Safety System, our company incorporates a food laboratory where physical, chemical and microbiological analyses are performed. Aflatoxine, which poses a great risk to human health, is analyzed here at international reliability level by the expert staff with HPLC devices. As a result of moisture, acidity, peroxide determinations, aflatoxine analyses and microbiological analyses, the raw materials that comply with specifications are accepted to the production plant. In the same manner, final products are dispatched upon the approval of the quality assurance department.
