Exceedingly fulfilling the requirements of the Food Safety System, our company incorporates a food laboratory where physical, chemical and microbiological analyses are performed. Aflatoxine, which poses a great risk to human health, is analyzed here at international reliability level by the expert staff with HPLC devices. As a result of moisture, acidity, peroxide determinations, aflatoxine analyses and microbiological analyses, the raw materials that comply with specifications are accepted to the production plant. In the same manner, final products are dispatched upon the approval of the quality assurance department.
